The Resident Council participates in discussions about a wide variety of topics, including:
- Upcoming events
- Fundraising Initiatives
- Dietary changes and updates
- General concerns, commitment and inquiries
- Department changes
- Updates from management
Purpose
The Resident Council strives to improve the quality of life for our residents by providing them with a platform to share their thoughts, concerns, and opinions regarding the day-to-day operations of the Home.
This platform supports the participation of in-home activities and community interaction, as well as encouraging the exchange of ideas, suggestions and concerns.
The Resident Council is led by a President, with representation from each resident home area. All residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
